    Truly Nice Experience!

    The helpful staff, especially Marah at the front desk, ensured everything ran smoothly. The Club on the 12th floor was an excellent spot to unwind after a conference. Don't miss out on the delicious meals at Al Bustan!

    The restaurant was nice with friendly service, I tried excellent dishes. I had an exceptional view of garden from my window. The location in a nice enough area was fancy and there were a bazaar and shops nearby.

    Right at home . I particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool area, but the lounge chairs could have been more comfortable. My experience was lovely and I would return for the excellent service!

    The hotel is close to the beautiful Sami Abdul Rahman park. We enjoyed the big swimming pool and delicious food options. The staff was very nice, helping us out whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend visiting the local markets and the historic Citadel nearby.

    The room service was a bit pricey, with a cheese platter costing $30. It would be nice if they could work on lowering those prices.

    The place is clean, the room is bright, the staff is superfriendly and really friendly. Favourable location for visiting bars and restaurants right next to the hotel. Besides, a community park is 10 minutes' drive away. We spent 4 nights and would return anytime.

    Couple's getaway, can't recommend enough

    The staff were friendly, especially Ghazal at the reception. I was always meeting them around the hotel, like at the bar where I caught up with Mr Ramy, who is just always there to greet you with this warm smile. The food options were great too, like the Tagliatelle Bolognese at Basílico- lovely!

    It wasn't exactly dirt cheap, but you know, still acceptable for the quality you get.

    Really good service defined this stay. The staff's attention to detail was evident, particularly when Tariq swiftly organized a doctor visit in just 15 minutes. Dining options were also excellent, with the succulent organic chicken standing out as a favorite. The atmosphere by the outdoor pool was relaxing, complemented by excellent drink service from the Breeze restaurant.

    I stayed at the Erbil Rotana for 4 nights and loved how cute the staff were. From check-in to check-out, everyone was attentive. Yara at the front desk was a highlight, helping me feel at home and providing excellent service. The outdoor pool was perfect. The Breeze restaurant by the pool had easy access and a great atmosphere. I recommend the Tagliatelle Bolognese from Basílico, delicious! The only hiccup was the restaurant near the swimming pool. The service there wasn't as quick as I expected, particularly with the waitstaff. That didn't overshadow my overall experience.
